Every single person that helped me in the imaging department were so kind, but especially the man that helped me with the brain MRI I had to do. More than halfway through I got scared and I had them stop and the man that came in to assist was literally an angel from heaven. He was so kind to me and was very reassuring and talked me through the contrast procedure and administered the contrast. People are nice here but almost 7 hours in the ER in pain to get a scan and to see a doctor. They threw my family out of the ER cause they claimed they were just there because electricity was out in the area. Never again
Took my wife there for a scan. Free valet parking at the front door. Every staff member from the parking attendant to the information desk to the radiologist were all extremely kind and professional. We were in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this facility.
Went for an MRI at Houston Methodist by the Woodlands. Arrived a little early, but my appointment was at 7 AM. Jessica came to take me back for the MRI was very kind and courteous. She took me to the area to change to a good ol hospital gown. Then double checked me on questions I had already filled out on the questionnaire about metal objects.
