Took my wife there for a scan. Free valet parking at the front door. Every staff member from the parking attendant to the information desk to the radiologist were all extremely kind and professional. We were in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this facility.
Went for an MRI at Houston Methodist by the Woodlands. Arrived a little early, but my appointment was at 7 AM. Jessica came to take me back for the MRI was very kind and courteous. She took me to the area to change to a good ol hospital gown. Then double checked me on questions I had already filled out on the questionnaire about metal objects. I always use this hospital and have never had a bad experience. I recommend it to everyone.
I will start by saying I love this hospital, overall. I brag on this hospital. And will continue to do so EXCEPT for this Ultrasound department in Healing Tower. Was told to check in at 6:45pm for a 7pm appointment on a Saturday. There was no one here but me in this lobby...until someone came to check in for their 7:30pm appointment. Yes. I'm still in the lobby 30 minutes past my appointment. Nice and clean facility. Free parking. Handicap accessible. I went for a CT of the neck. Professional and polite personnel. In and out. Will definitely go back If I require radiology again.
