No stars because I waited over 30-mins before I was seen. Once I went to the back, some random woman came in and proceeded to ask me about my visit. I say radom woman because she never identified herself. When I was talking to her, I felt so rushed that I asked her if I was keeping her from something. She said no but that Dr. Britz was due in surgury. When Dr. Britz finally arrived, he did speak to me about my MRI. But he had no idea about my head injury. Everyone I encountered at Houston Methodist Dept of Neurosurgery was cordial and helpful. I was early and actually taken to see Dr. Britz early. My visit was very encouraging. Dr. Britz listened carefully, explained the test results and won my confidence.
Very professional. Doctor did not rush things. He took his time and listened to my questions and answered them. Made me feel like I was the most important thing at the moment.
