Update 2 - they made me wait 45 minutes again two weeks ago and made a really lame excuse about having more doctors that day. I scheduled a stress test for today. I refused to pay the copay prior to treatment because I had the feeling they would screw me again. I waited fifteen minutes, told the desk why i was leaving and that I was going to find a new doctor. First visit was scheduled online, I got there and they said I wasn't in the system. Wish there was a ZERO star for the front desk and nurse. It seems like they don't care because they have enough customers. They are very good at putting patients on indefinite hold if you call them to ask some simple quick questions, for example where do we need to go to do the procedure that the doctor ordered and do we need to make any appointment ?
The wait is so bad. Had a 3:15 appointment and at 3:50, still 4 patients ahead of me. And the front desk is like it's normal.. I mean.. Seriously?
