I've been here for at least 5 MRIs already Expect to be asked to show up 30 minutes early and wait a good half hour or more AFTER your scheduled time with no one else in the waiting room.
Very clean and fast and tech put a lots of time and very expert
Dealing with the billing department on hold for 25 minutes then someone comes on the line and hangs up, this happened 2 time. They owe me money for canceling my MRI. Third time seem to be the charm got a hold of somebody after 15 minute wait finally refunded. There went, over two hours of my time. 😡
I had an appointment at 1030. Still sitting at 1115 no one has come out. I'm only person in waiting room. No receptionist no one at all here but me! Thinking about leaving. Sure didn't have a problem with the financial screening, no wait there, Rad tech obviously on coffee and donut break
