I have been trying to schedule an appointment with the midwife team here since 5/13. First time I called their call center they said I should receive a call back in 5-7 business days. 7 business days passed, no call. When I called again, they said I didn’t receive a call because my insurance wasn’t accepted, which was weird because it was the same insurance policy number I gave them the second time and it magically worked that time. Staff so far have been friendly and helpful. I take it that it’s pretty well managed and good leadership. UPDATE: Great nursing staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *** Fairly nice facility. No VIP birthing rooms anymore. They have 22 beds and 4 overflow beds in the main building. Needs some deep cleaning and dusting. Hopefully they get cleaning done before we use the Childbirth Center.

I had my son on January 19th. I was scheduled for an induction on the 26th, but my son decided to arrive on his due date. When I checked in, the staff were very nice. Ashley took me to triage, and even though I was less than a centimeter dilated, I was in early active labor. I decided to go home, but an hour later, my water broke. We loved it here! Everyone was so friendly and very patient. Most importantly staff was so responsive. Their anesthesiology team was awesome and kind. And Calvanti ( the nurse who delivered me) we are so thankful for her.She was with us the whole time, patient and very knowledgeable! If anyone gets her, I am telling you are so lucky, because you will be in good hands!!! Definitely would come and have my next one here!
