Gave birth in 3 different hospitals and this one is by far the BEST, most caring and empathetic team I've ever been looked after. Never pressured me, made me feel comfortable and gave me options about how I wanted my experience to go. I thank God I was blessed with such an amazing team.
I had a bad experience giving birth here. Never want to give birth here ever again. Nurses don’t care and the majority weren’t nice, doctors don’t care and all say different things, no one is on the same page. The doctors weren’t that nice either. The nurses are so stingy about every little supply I asked for, such as a tiny “nipple balm” I needed since I forgot that I actually packed mines. They were just so stingy, it’s crazy. I had delivered here a couple months ago and my experience was good and no complaints until the day we were supposed to leave. After there was a medical issue with my baby, it went completely downhill from there and my experience then turned into a nightmare. I will be AVOIDING this hospital at all costs in the future. This hospital turned what was supposed to be a positive experience considering all that happened during my pregnancy and labor to a traumatizing one. The best nurses and doctors I could have asked for. I delivered my baby boy on April 24th and the nurses who took care of me and my baby during the labor period and post partum were simply amazing. They took care of us like we were family. I never for a second felt I wasn’t getting enough care. Dr Diase was my OB and she is simply the best!!! Thats an amazing - peaceful place for us- as we got all our babies delivered here. My favorite childbirth center so far. Nurses are always welcome here and gave you a very warm welcome with a warm ambient here that makes us really comfortable and safe. The only missing i may say they only give complimentary food to mom but not husband - mom is the king there as it supposed to be though - but you still have plenty of option that you can get your own food there while staying with your wife! Thank you so much for hospitality !
