I try to make appointment with Oncologist but received all unprofessional communication, I hope that the manager, CEO, CFO know about the conversation, they try to either postpone or brush off without helping. I am very unhappy with service seems like Methodist cancer center do not care about the patients. I never given bad review but I really upset with the care I received.
I decided to valet at Houston Methodist Cancer Center to visit my mom getting her chemo treatments. I walked in and was talking to my mom for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden, I received a phone call from valet. Everyone has to give their phone number when they valet instead of receiving a little piece of paper. Anyways, he proceeds to tell me that somehow the key got locked inside the car and asks if I have another one. Of course, I didn't and I live almost an 1 1/2 hour away.
