Every step of the process was amazing, from the scheduling department to the receptionst to the techs who did my exams to the radiologists. Many reviews note not knowing about arriving early, but it was very clear in every communication I received. Either people weren't paying attention or Methodist has updated their communications based on feedback. I had a concerning spot on an image and the staff was incredibly warm and caring. I've had to come here a couple of times within the last few months. Coming is always nerve wrecking but I gotta say the ladies there are always very nice and attentive. I typically dont have to wait long to get my tests done. But while I wait I love having some of their snacks and hot chocolate.
