I always have an excellent experience at this center. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always helpful. I am impressed by their state-of-the-art technology, but above all, by their human touch; they are very compassionate and informative throughout the entire process. They truly make you feel like you are in the best hands. Highly recommended!
Terrible service unorganized. Horrible . Seems chaotic
I have had the unfortunate pleasure of getting to know most of the women there up close and personal and when I tell you these ladies love what they do and it not only shows in their professionalism but in how they make you feel seen, supported and cared for. Having a cancer diagnosis was not what I wanted to hear but having these ladies help and guide me through what was expected was really what kept my fears away. I am beyond grateful for each and everyone of them 🩷
Every step of the process was amazing, from the scheduling department to the receptionst to the techs who did my exams to the radiologists. Many reviews note not knowing about arriving early, but it was very clear in every communication I received. Either people weren't paying attention or Methodist has updated their communications based on feedback. I had a concerning spot on an image and the staff was incredibly warm and caring. Everyone that works there are so nice and professional. The facility is so beautiful and have a feel of a luxury spa. Had my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound done. Would recommend this location to anyone.
