This newest location in The Woodlands has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve had across any Houston Methodist branch—which is disappointing given Houston Methodist’s long-standing reputation in the Houston area. The biggest issue seems to be with the scheduling process. The staff answering the phones appear to lack accurate information about appointments and services. I want to say thank you to the scheduling staff who got me in the same day for an appointment (sorry I can't remember all of the names, but Ms. Nita) Ms. Beth greeted me with a huge smile and hello and I was taken back right after check in, no wait time and was offered condiments while I waited for the tech. Within 3 minutes or less Ms. Lauren came to get me for my mammogram and I was given a heated/warm robe to put on. I have had several mammograms, but this facility made me feel like "royalty". I decided to switch to Houston Methodist Breast Care Center because my GYN was located in same facility. First year I scheduled mammogram and bone density on line only to find out when I got there that they only had me scheduled for a mammogram. The next few years I figured it would probably be easier to go directly from my GYN on 6th floor to their office on 3rd floor to schedule and avoid any hiccups. Very dissatisfied with the scheduling procedures and the way I was spoken to by the lady at the scheduling department!!!
