This review is about the recently added Houston Methodist Brest care scheduling Center. I just got a dr’s order to schedule for a bilateral diagnostic mammogram plus an ultrasound , and was given the central scheduling center number to schedule as a part of the new policy, so I did. But the scheduler who picked the phone whose name I wasn’t able to catch, was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. I’ve had some issues with this location. My first mammogram I was in and out and the second one I was there a hour and a half for what takes 20 minutes. I was in the hospital here in 2023 getting a MRI and I became claustrophobic but I was not let out right away.
This newest location in The Woodlands has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve had across any Houston Methodist branch—which is disappointing given Houston Methodist’s long-standing reputation in the Houston area. The biggest issue seems to be with the scheduling process. The staff answering the phones appear to lack accurate information about appointments and services.
