The radiologist was with Houston Methodist, but not in my network. This means I have to pay this doctor. Only network doctors should interpret my mammogram.
It was not a pleasant experience. The provider came across as very insensitive and displayed poor bedside manner. I will be voicing my concerns to my PCP, as no patient should have to endure this type of treatment.
Best breast care experience in a very long time. New equipment and very reliable!
This hospital experience and mammogram was extremely enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, it was clean, smelled good and esthetically appealing. The care and concern of the registration associate was empathic and warm. The robes were warm and cozy while the dressing room was uniquely pleasant. The technician was so gentle and kind, she was excellent. I love Methodist Hospital and this was my most enjoyable experience. Phenomenal job Methodist Hospital.
An experience like no other. I hope to never have to return to Memorial Hermann again though most of my 6 8 major surgeries have been there! When I say from the front desk to the nurses, medical assistants, radiology tech and Radiologist (Dr) that encouraged this high risk breast care patient and calmed my up on arrival because I had also lost my wallet.
