I scheduled an appointment online on April 17. My appointment was scheduled for May 11. I am visually impaired and would have needed a driver to take me to my appointment which was an hour away. When I called to confirm everything was good to go on May 7, the scheduler told me that my appointment had been cancelled. There was no reason noted in the system nor did they call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled.
Loved my experience here so far. I had to get two MRIs and a biopsy. The facility is really nice and the doctors, nurses, and staff are all welcoming.
The scheduling department is beyond incompetent. I had to CALL THEM to get my order pushed through the queue to get worked. This entire process has been completely draining dealing with them
Had a nice experience. I was in and out fast and the front desk ladies were friendly.
Love this location!! I’ve been getting my annual mammogram here since it opened. The reception staff is always welcoming and friendly. The staff/techs that do the mammograms are also well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s an easy location to get in and out of and you don’t have to pay for parking.
