I work nearby and regularly see the ladies that work here. They recognized me, and were super sweet and caring. This was my first mammogram and I was nervous because my mother had told me years ago hers was painful and horrible. The whole facility was very clean and inviting, and everyone that interacted with me was so kind. Everyone who needs a mammogram should choose to go here because they are so wonderful!! Love you, ladies!
This is a mammogram facility. While I am not fond of going it is a necessity to stay well.
I scheduled an appointment online on April 17. My appointment was scheduled for May 11. I am visually impaired and would have needed a driver to take me to my appointment which was an hour away. When I called to confirm everything was good to go on May 7, the scheduler told me that my appointment had been cancelled. There was no reason noted in the system nor did they call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled.
Loved my experience here so far. I had to get two MRIs and a biopsy. The facility is really nice and the doctors, nurses, and staff are all welcoming.
The scheduling department is beyond incompetent. I had to CALL THEM to get my order pushed through the queue to get worked. This entire process has been completely draining dealing with them
