Loved my experience here so far. I had to get two MRIs and a biopsy. The facility is really nice and the doctors, nurses, and staff are all welcoming.
The scheduling department is beyond incompetent. I had to CALL THEM to get my order pushed through the queue to get worked. This entire process has been completely draining dealing with them
Had a nice experience. I was in and out fast and the front desk ladies were friendly.
Love this location!! I’ve been getting my annual mammogram here since it opened. The reception staff is always welcoming and friendly. The staff/techs that do the mammograms are also well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s an easy location to get in and out of and you don’t have to pay for parking.
The front office at check in. Well the honest truth is she isn’t very friendly and I personally feel like it sets the mood for the visit. After my check in I was expecting horrible service but let me tell you the staff in the back the nurses and Dr!! Omg they alone are the absolute best! They made feel safe! Comfortable and they just took their time explaining the process and procedure. I hope you all are blessed beyond measure and Thank you for being so kind and patient.
