This place I would not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional they do not know what they are doing. The place is very unorganized. The building is nice but not this place the needs to upgrade the place and have more professional people working there. They need newer and cleaner seats and people that know what they are doing. I told them I had to leave because the lady working was taking too long and didn’t know what to do and she got mad that I was not staying.
My first visit here and I am very glad I chose this place. Felicia the front desk coordinator is very personable and invited me with open arms. She made my entire visit very comfortable. I will continue to utilize this facility for my future visits. I loved the fact that my gown was warm, clean and soft. My visit overall went very smoothly and test was done quickly.
I did my first mammogram today at this facility and I had the most incredible experience! First, Ms. Felicia at the desk was an absolute sweetheart. She could tell on my face that it was my first time. The care/nurturing tone in her voice immediately put me at ease. She also gave me the rundown of what was going to happen during my visit. Very disappointed. Walked out after more than an hour wait and skipped 3 times. Appointment was at 8:30am with 8:15 check in time. Checked in at 8:11, was called to the back to dress out into gown 10 minutes later. (Ok that was fine BUT) Waited in the holding area 50 minutes without ever being called in for mammogram!! I was very upset as I was seeing other ladies come in and out after me. Most of appointment lines staffs are not pleasant experience, and does not follow through.
