The nurse/tech told me the scans were not in the chart. I was REQUIRED to get the scans before I was allowed to schedule my appointment. Ultimately she found them. She dropped the thermometer cover on the floor and left it. When the DR came in shed stepped on it. The DR asked me if all the scans were made by the same type of machine. What PT would known that. Unfriendly demeanor.
Dr. Tabatabai is an excellent doctor and never rushes an appointment. The staff is great.
Eunice Ihaza, the nurse practitioner that has been treating my diabetes for the past 5 years or so is extremely friendly, cares about you, is knowledgeable, listens and most important keeps my AC1 levels controlled at acceptable levels . I strongly recommend her and her staff.
After the substandard care, treatment, and ineptness of Dr. Sara Ahmad in her treatment of "suspected Adrenal Insufficiency" or "Adrenal Insufficiency," depending on the day, her diagnosis continued to change. I would not recommend this junior endocrinologist to anyone. The lack of knowledge and insufficient treatment and care I received from Dr. Ahmad and others at Houston Methodist Hospital, Division of Endocrinology, Department of Medicine, was horrible and scary.
