Nurse LAUREN on the 21st floor for Infusion was impeccable. She was efficient and effective with her care. After doing an assessment on my mother's veins, she obtained a smaller needle to draw labs rather than injure her continuously with a regular needle. We were out in an hour. This has never been done. Nurse LAUREN smiled as she serviced mom. She was compassionate and energetic. Why isn't this type of care given regularly? NURSE LAUREN should be training the rest of the tenured and new graduates, please help them provide ... read more
