Very nice receptionist and nurses. I only had a ten minute wait to be taking to the back for five different procedures, 3 MRI, 1 CT scan and an x-ray. They are very efficient and organized with their time and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
Made an appointment for a basic xray through Methodist Mychart for 1015. I checked in around 955am. It has taken more than 40 mins to get called back. I understand some of these technologist are hired as a multi-modalities, but a basic chest xray doesn’t take more than 5 mins. The exam itself could be squeezed in between one of the lengthier exams whether it be a CT, MRI, etc. Granted, MRI and CT is where the real money maker is at.
