Easy to contact. Online forms were easy to fill out. Not a long wait once you arrive. Was given a CD of my MRI immediately after my test finished.
I had a GREAT experience. Everything was quick and timely, the check-in process was great, everyone was professional and welcoming.
I went in today without an appointment, hoping they could take me as a walk in and do an MRI. The schedule was full but receptionist said that they had had some issues with a piece of equipment and some of the appointments may have canceled. She helped a few other check ins and then started looking. It wasn't long before she called me back up and said they could do the MRI now. What a nice surprise.
