I purposely scheduled an early appointment before work @ 7:30, ASSuming that I would see the Tech shortly after check in. It was after 8:00 that I saw someone in scrubs come in the office, later to find that’s who I was waiting for. Suggestion 1: if Techs arrive at 8:00, don’t schedule me for 7:30.
