Double check with your insurance before going in person, was just told by BCBS that my procedure was covered at 100%. I had to pay several hundreds of dollars at the time of visit or my imaging wouldn’t be done. No payment plans accepted. I call to speak to someone regarding this and get hung up, call back deal with a call center who can’t spell my name. Hang up on me again and have been on hold for over 49 minutes now. This is a joke. I need a supervisor to call me asap.
