It's been 40 minutes since I had an appointment, but I still couldn't do my job, I don't recommend this branch and this company Houston medical imaging at all.
Absolutely irresponsible, not organized, out of moder technology with rude staff place. Cancelled my appointments without informing me and tried to blame my doctor's nurse. When I asked to provide the name who called on my behalf to cancel the appointment, date and time, I was promised to receive a call by the end of the day with requested info. It's been 48 hours - no call, no updates.
Never again I will never return as long as Dr. Bloom is on staff. She did not bother to review my MRI and report accurate findings necessary to diagnose my condition. I had the MRI to determine how much my arthritis had progressed as indicated in multiple prior MRIs, she actually noted that I have no arthritis. When I asked that she review the MRI again and attach an addendum, she didn't. I now have to pay for another review.
