Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements! After contacting this shop with questions and needing an arrangement delivered “same day”, I was sent options to choose from. I was able to text the card wording and delivery instructions and complete payment over the phone. The arrangement was delivered within the hour! Very impressed.

Customer service is spot on! I ordered flowers for my sister who was at UTMD Anderson for a Monday delivery. Found out Tuesday that they hadn't made it to her yet. Called HMCF to check on it and Jenny tracked the flowers down for me. My mistake, I put my sister's married name on the card vs. her maiden name which is what she was registered under.
