Complete joke, ordered a van, was told how nice it would be, can arrived with bench seats not bolted down, glad and glitter all over. When we arrived was told to get out and someone else would come and get us? When asked about our cooler we were told we could bring, was told they will put it in the other bus, get picked up a hr after we called, driver could not find us, had to walk to where they were. New bus was trashed as well ceiling falling down seats all broken and not installed correctly, seat belts missing or not work... read more

If I could give zero I would... absolute worst experience. When I called that morning the guys was very nice and knowledgeable... but that's about all the good things I can say. Driver went downtown instead of Sugarland so showed up an hour late (company didn't even want to reduce the price, but after I just canceled all together they called back and said they'd reduce it 20%). He gets there and they are cash only... no one mentioned it before, but luckily there was an ATM where we were getting picked up. We get in and there... read more
Worst customer service ever! The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude and has no courtesy whatsoever!! I would never ever use them!! They need to be OUT OF THIS BUSINESS!!
