Terrible terminal. Extorting American mariners going ashore. They treat Americans like illegal immigrants. Place was very difficult to work with.

Had an FR suit, but not the kind they like. So, my 1100 unload time got bumped to 1900. At least I'll get paid for the extra hassle.
