I can’t speak for there services because just trying to get anyone on the phone is incredibly difficult there’s not an online portal to schedule an appointment. They have like a system where you can submit an inquiry and they text you through it but it’s very non-responsive. It took me a week of calling every day emailing texting leaving voicemails to finally get someone on the phone and when someone finally answered, the original time they said I could bring my dog in was no longer available.
