About 10 years ago, after having a lot of trouble with my last HVAC company, I found Houston. Quick Response, Friendly, and Great Service. Usually come out the same day I call or the next morning. They are willing to come out as many times as necessary to do the job right. Most of the time they get it right, but a couple times their replacement part was bad and failed in a week or so. It has been three days since my site manager had this company come out to fix my heat. i thought the issue was resolved, but as soon as the guy "MIKE" left my heat jumped right back to auxiliary heat.
Mike came out and resolved the issue with my heating after i was told by the property maintenance man that the issue couldn't be fixed, on time!!
BIG FAN OF MIKE!!!
