The parking is free. The office is on the first floor. For elderly people using walkers, the entrance door to the ENT office is difficult for them to open. Front desk was courteous and checked me in without all of the repetitive questions. Rebecca was on time. She was prepared with my new hearing aids. Showed me wear them, take care of them and charging. The initial fitting went well. She made a few adjustments to the fit and sound. She set up our next appointment for adjustments and follow-up.
