Giving them a 3 because I truly feel bad for having to change the service last minute (night before scheduled appointment) but I still would not recommend this company. The communication is bad, not flexible, and lack understanding. They will cancel on you but won't tell you until you call. I had noticed some other reviews mentioning similar issues about communication but I figured it was a one off, that's not the case. If you do something they don't like or it makes them upset, they will ignore you.
Very professional and personable from beginning to the end. They took a standing shower that had been neglected for years and made it look almost new! Would highly recommend!!
I plan to use Houston Groutsmith again in the future! They showed up on time, stuck to the agreed upon work, and have easy quotes through photos. Thank you for your help, I waited the five days to use the shower and it already seems more mold resistant. The color match is also great.
Houston Groutsmith is AMAZING!! I did not expect my 17 year old shower to look new again. They did a great job and the staff was so nice and knowledgable. I highly recommend Groutsmith to renew all of your tile needs.
