If I could do a zero I will. I had an appointment today at 3 o’clock was told to show up 15 minutes early which I did. I got back to the doctor probably about 10 to 4 by the time they did my blood pressure asked me additional questions. The doctor came in. She told me that she’s not affiliated with Methodist. She just rented the room and said for me to leave because she’s not affiliated with Methodist I asked her are you serious? I should leave and she said yes so I grabbed my items and I walked out the door. Utterly disgust... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only was I charged for a procedure that never happened. It took FOUR YEARS to receive the refund even with consistent follow ups to the office staff. The office staff truly does not care nor know what they’re doing. Want your files transferred to your PCP? Good luck! Not to mention, every time I attempted to attend an appointment the wait was over a hour. Don’t waste your time. If you want to figure out a GI issue, go to ANY other doctor.
Appointment was at 11:45a. It’s now 1:24p as I write this. I’m still waiting!
She is worse doctor , cant diagnose your issues by listening to you well . More interested in sending you for procedures like colonoscopy and endoscopy . Not very intelligent .
This is our second time And it’s at least an hour wait each time. Not worth it.
