He diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work on the repair. Before he started working on the door, he gave me a quote so I won't be surprised at the end. It was a very good price. Rates are reasonable! I had a problem with my garage door and when I spoke with the service guy from Houston Garage Doors Repair he really took the time to diagnose the problem. I could say that he was so focused on his job. He was such an honest worker, he solved the problem by replacing a part without any up-selling or finding 'other problems'.
