I went on line to apply for a loan, which was a easy simple process. I received a call back that I was approved and sent in the documents needed to get the loan. Once I sent in all the requested documents, I signed a contract and received the money in my account the very next morning. The customer service was nice and helpful in guiding me through this process. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a loan.

Houston Finance continued to take money out of me and my husband account once we had paid them off in full. They also took money out before the first payment was due which resulted in an overdraft fee from my bank. I told the lady this and she said she would credit my husband account. Which she never did, so that was problem 1. Problem 2, We paid them off July 2nd in full, July 5th HF tried to take out a payment from me/my husband account, which resulted in an overdraft fee for both accounts.
