Terrible service. Had a wood fence and two gates replaced at my home and they damaged a sprinkler line (and did not tell me), cut the cable (and did not tell me). Both gates did not fully function (did not fit correctly) and there were 6 pickets with splits the day the work was "finished". It was months later before they fixed the gates and replaced the pickets. I had to pay extra to fix the cable line they cut and fix the sprinkler line they damaged. Gayle M. I contacted Houston Fence Co back in Nov 2016 for an estimate for a privacy fence across the back of my yard. I woman came in place of Chris Taggart (salesman). She provided me a contract quote for 6' PTP, dogeared, fence signed by Chris. I made several contacts since then to schedule an installation date; however, I was told they were working a very big job and would get to me soon. Best quality at the best price. Second time I have used this company and I'm pleased with the results on both occasions. The current job was a difficult one as it entailed installation of a perimeter lot on an uneven slope extending a couple hundred feet in length. The bulkhead installation was painstakingly dug and placed such that the fence line is even at the top. Awesome! These people are TERRIBLE! Don't get RAMON for your salesperson. He is a snake. Tries to sneak stuff under your nose at 7pm and say its a rush. I NEVER got an install date! They just showed up. Their work is good only because they contract that part out. Didn't they tell you? Yes, they do! They are just a "fence" company for billing and ripping you off.
