Ive been with this bank for almost 12 years now, ive paid off 2 cars with them, i asked them to help with refinance one of them for a better rate, i have excellent credit and payment history. They legit told me they will not refinance because i did uber once with the car. Imagen how i felt when the VP for consumer lending Eric Moeller told me that they will not help me out because of a policy he helped create regarding uber rides.
