Great customer service always
Employees are friendly and courteous. the drive thru sometimes takes a bit longer when busy. I especially like the complimentary coin machine! My husband and I brought in a big container full of coins we've been saving for years! It only took about 10 minutes to count! We filled up some of the coin slots, so the attendant had to come and empty the filled up slots! It just took an extra 5 minutes!
This is the worse bank I have ever joined. Nothing ever works. The website is HORRIBLE!!!! I can't do any online banking or transfer money. You call and get disconnected everytime. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
Excellent excellent excellent customer service. I've been a member for more than 15 years and I couldn't imagine a better place to bank. If you ever have the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman by the name of Greg, he's a joy to speak with. Greg is totally AWESOME!
