When I was younger, I had an account and because the lady saw me when I was younger making wrong decisions on banking. I came back to open up a business account and basically told me your money is not accepted here like if she knew me a lady with glasses Like if she was stereotyping me, another lady tried to help me tell me to go pull out cash from your bank and then come back and we’ll open up your new account And Business time is money and this lady did not even wanna help me out. Slow and lazy chat service. Closed my deposit account because i was charged a inactive fee, i had a credit card with them and that closed too without my knowledge. Wish they had explained to me before hand if i closed my deposit account, that my credit card would close too but no warning was given.Â
If you join this credit union be prepared to be totally underwhelmed with their customer service. I say this even though I've been a member for several decades . Total lack of competence when addressing customer issuesÂ
