I recently requested an appointment with this clinic, and although I wasn’t very familiar with the process, they were incredibly helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Even though they couldn’t accommodate me, they took the time to message me directly and provided the names and contact information of nearby clinics that could help. Their response was swift, professional, and considerate. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely choose to attend this clinic.

I called the number on website to schedule an appointment a week ago for today. I didn’t get any reminders of the appointment. Today, day of my appointment I show up and I was informed that what I scheduled for wasn’t available on Tuesdays only on Thursday but not every Thursday. Wasted my time that I requested off for nothing!
Doctor was great! However, never got my results. Called and they said they didn’t have them ready yet, but would call me when they did. It’s been a month and a half now.
