My daughter Karli, passed away under the care of this group. A completely unorganized staff. When there was to be a phone visit, could not get the NP, Mercy, on the visit that she organized. When following up with another NP, yes another one, had to defer to another available NP after a 2.5 hour wait with an appointment. Never received the blood pressure monitor TO THIS DAY, an incompetent group in their own right. Office manager Mr Fang never phoned back confirming authorization for weight medication. Run for your life!!!!!

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. I have been a patient of his for more than 10 years and he is kind, knowledgable, and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and always makes me feel heard. I highly recommend him.
