I've been a patient of Dr Nguyen every time I need a script refilled it takes from 5 to 10 days I'm not happy with this stuff I need to change positions I would like to warn everyone about this blatant disregard and disrespect no one should have to wait that long currently in Methodist Willowbrook second time in 8 days with an internal bleed 🩸
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with nurse practitioner Doris Obaze. When I arrived, I completed my paperwork and clearly indicated that I am female. When Doris called me back, I introduced my wife. Despite this, she repeatedly questioned both of our genders. I explained multiple times that I am a female, born female, and my wife is also a female, born female. She continued to ask if either of us were male, then asked again if there was a husband. Terribly unorganized staff. A shame I never got to see Dr Nyugen. The Kirby staff is rude and inconsiderate as well. Chest X-ray results take weeks and I had to follow up 2x just to get the results. Don’t waste your time here-I took my business elsewhere.
