Unbelievable! 2:40 appointment, out at 4:40 after a total of less than 15 minutes of examination! When I mentioned I thought I had fallen off the list, the response was, oh, no, you are Dr. Chu’s last patient of the day! OK, that indicates the norm and a very basic problem! When I asked for a paper copy of the prescription, suddenly, I was charged for the exam despite the surgery and exam being covered by my Medicare Advantage! There are plenty of area optimists; I will find if this is the norm elsewhere!
Great Doctors and Nurses and very friendly and supportive Staff.
Dr. Wilson and the technicians are very professional and detailed show empathy and they take care of their patients. Thank you!
Everyone there made me feel very special which calmed me down so I wasn't so nervous. Meant a lot to me.
