I have a nice experience. I was check before I was allowed in due Co-vid 19. They saw me in a timely manner. The nurses and Dr. ou were the best. Will see them again in six months.

I called to set up an appointment and the first person put me on hold and transfered me without my knowledge, the second woman I spoke with was ok at first and when I tried to tell her what my insurance was, got snippy with me, put me on hold before I finished my sentence and left me on hold for 7 minutes, so I hung up and called back, the man I spoke to was definitely nicer, but seemed very uninterested in helping me. We'll see how my visit goes.

I've worked with this association and highly recommend them for anyone with eye concerns. There staff and doctors are very experienced and professional in all aspects of their business. Trust in their expertise and you will be very satisfied.

Dr Diaz did my eye surgery at St. Johns and I couldn't have asked for better results! The doctors at two different VA's have remarked about the excellent surgery and I have 20/20 in that eye now and that was 5 years ago!

Heads up everyone! The employees by the reception, who are in charge of checking if your insurance that you normally use covers your eye exam, will not check your insurance until you are currently being given an eye exam by the doctor. I speak from experience. Once I was done with the exam, I was informed that my insurance did not cover it and that I had to pay up front $1##. If this is their strategy for profit, I suggest they learn / study / review Ethics.
