Took my client here for a follow-up appointment, and I was disappointed at the customer service. It appears as if GREAT customer service is a thing of the past these days. The two receptionist (one Black and the other Hispanic) both had a very off putting attitude, and I felt very uncomfortable. One had AirPods in which I found very unprofessional.
