I'd been putting up with cheap reading glasses for way too long. Had multiple pairs and never had the right one for the job. Spent way too much time searching for my glasses, even when I had them around my neck! They'd be the wrong strength. Got thorough exam from Dr. Fish. Took my prescription to Vanessa Voisinet, the Optician right there in the lobby. She was incredible. Patient and very, very helpful because I'm lousy at shopping. I finally settled on a pair. When a client calls up with something lodged in their eye asking if you can get them in, don't tell them to go see a primary care physician. I mean, what is the point of being an opthamologist who doesn't want to see eye issues? Clearly the only goal is to sling overpriced eyeglasses and bill insurance until they bleed.

my child and i drive over an hour for these appointments with dr miller and was told that because we were 20 minutes late on a stormy morning we could not be seen....after advising the staff of the lack of parking and my hour drive in the freezing rain with two children under 5 they still tried to send me away.....worst possible service and inconsiderate staff..... sincerely a single mom of 4 children with 7 herniated discs....with an hour drive on a cold a rainy morning.....
