Extremely rude customer service
wow, what a horrible place to ever make an appointment, I was referred to this place by my doctor, I did not look into their google reviews I visited found out unprofessional doctors and staff, if you ever visit this place is just waste of money time, you will regret every second you spent there.
This office is terrible! My appointment was at 10am, and I waited for 1.5hr and STILL didn't get to see Dr.Krill, so I left and scheduled an appointment with a different organization...HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Dr Robbin’s scheduled me for a colonoscopy and coded it as a diagnostic procedure that’s not fully covered under medical insurance. I was told by my doctors at MD Anderson I would need a regular colonoscopy done more often. And it would be fully covered by insurance because I was at high risk. Now thanks to this genius doctor I will not be getting the procedure done through his clinic because he was not honest or upfront at our initial visit.
