I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to build a deck in Houston. After meeting with several deck builders, Brett and his crew really stood out from the rest. Scheduled to have them come out at 4. Took off work to meet. No one showed. Called 4 times to confirm, they said tech was still coming but was still on time (despite being late?). They said they would call back and let me know when he would be there. I ended up calling and the said that they don’t service my area. No one on the phone was nice or accommodating, and they gaslit me to feel like I was in the wrong. Can’t imagine how their actual service is if this is how the handle a situation before coming to the location.

After talking with four different deck builders in Houston, we decided to go with Houston Deck & Builders to replace our 720 square foot deck.
