Appointment was set for 11 and they didn’t arrive until after 12. No communication from the office either. I called and asked when they’d be there, was told they’d call me back, they didn’t. I called again 15 minutes later and she said they’d be there in 15 minutes. This was at 11:42. They finally arrived around 12:15. The resurfacing itself is not completely terrible.
