No website, never answer phone, when they do they put you on hold for over an hour, no one ever gets back to you.
Terrible. No website to get information. Never answer phone, just put you on hold (tried 3 times). So you have to drive down there for find out how to access a vehicle. Everybody understands there have to be rules to allow people in, but GET A WEBSITE or ANSWER THE PHONE so people know.
These people are rude, do not answer their phone, and are inconceivably incompetent. Our car was towed to this place. It is a vehicle we decided to contribute to the national kidney foundation. We paid the bill. By their own policy we had twenty four hours to tow it. I told the woman there that it doesn't start and would be towed that day. She agreed.
