Literally stuck trapped inside by a huge metal gate. Only parked for three hours. Had to call 911
Absolute garbage. Just to let you guys know the Maximum charge is $25 per 7 hours! Not $25 per day. If you want a few hundred dollars charge then park here. They have an option to add your credit card but I guarantee you will not be able to add it. But your direct banking will work lol. They like to miss lead people then when you message them they tell you it's correct and to essentially suck it. So if you like to get bent park in this safe but scummy garage.
Easy on and out Spot Hero price was higher than the garage price
The Houston Center Garage 1 double charged me and despite multiple emails and phone calls I can't get them to address the issue.
