Absolutely fantastic! The counselors at Houston Center for Christian Counseling are compassionate, skilled, and truly care. We have had excellent support and guidance through significant trauma and have found each therapist to be equipped and caring. Highly recommend! 5 stars.
I would highly recommend Keith who is a very kind, compassionate, caring counselor. It has been a while since I visited due to relocation but my experience was very positive when I did attend!
I would recommend people stay far away from this place. I have pretty vast experience with this place as I have seen 2 different counselors over the years and my wife has seen 2 different counselors over the years. In every instance the counselor has been terrible. This is just my opinion and because of privacy, I just don't want to share the actual story, but the treatment was horrible every singe time. I called HCCC because they claim to take my Cigna insurance. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with them and was given 3 options. The options they gave me are all LPC A not LPC. They all had very little experience at all and in particular with the EMDR I asked for. One had only been working with EMDR for 2 weeks. When I called back for fully certified and experienced counselors was informed that none of their LPC's with experience in EMDR would accept my Insurance but would be happy to see me for the full $175 per ses... read more
