Front desk failed to schedule a virtual visit so I could get my pain meds. I just had a hip replacement. Kept calling the office and kept being lied to. I feel this is patient neglect. I have been out of pain meds since Wednesday and Dr. Jawed told me I would have to wait til Monday when they open. Can't wait to see what they tell me monday.
Tried to speak with Jawed about my fathers condition while he was there and all a sudden he snook out fast. Knowing my father is in bad shape.. He could care less. I recommend everyone to get a second opinion. My other review was taken off i wonder why. I guess the truth hurts. Its sad how there is new complaints every day. What does that tell you about this guy. Smh..
I receive iron from Dr.Yadez. they have always been kind and listen to my concerns.
They are very kind and helpful. They would answer any questions you may have. And when you are there getting something done they will check on you to make sure you are ok.
