I was having trouble with the Canon Connect Control. I had bought the R6 in January and love the camera, but would like to get in the family/friends pictures with them. I went to HCE and without hesitation, Lou, very friendly and helpful, was able to diagnose the problem and load the correct app and had the controls working remotely on my i-phone. The YouTube videos are not very helpful and the manual is about the same. THANKS, LOU!!! Charlie Quick
