Bought a car just for it to break down at the red light. Now they won’t refund, exchange, or help in anyway possible. Only says I can bring it back next week to sale at the next auction. It’s giving intentional salvage sale as something else. Should’ve been sold to mechanic as a non-driving vehicle.
Wide selection, affordable vehicles, pleasant costomer service. Miss Betty and Rex were very patient with me and my wife; we actually arrived at 4:57pm( closing at 5:30pm) Yet they were very helpful, very accommodating, very professional. Complete scam!!!!! Beware of this auction, they will sell you a lemon and pretend that they didn’t know that the car was no good. We bought a car from them priced at almost 7,000. Two weeks later the car was in the shop for transmission issues.These people are crooks!!!!!!! They cheated my family, I hope that you will not allow them to cheat yours. To the owners response. I’m 21 years old, and finally saved up for a car. I didn’t want to pay monthly on a car, I would rather pay in full. Therefore, We bought a car for $6000, to find out they swap the transmission out with other vehicle. I couldn’t even enjoy my new car ): Just go somewhere else for a car, so you don’t have to go through this heavy burden my wife and I are going through.
