I AM ROUTED TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE AND TOLD THEY'RE FULL AFTER EXPECTED TO GIVE THEM EXTRAORDINARY DETAILS FOR THEM TO WAGER WHETHER THEY WILL MOVE FORWARD AND ABRUPTLY STATE THEY'RE FULL AFTER, that I will be contacted by a counselor to place me in waiting lists for domestic violent and abuses - no call backs, forward to answering machines, or held on hold almost an hour just to be turned away. Not helpful they hung up did call me back or answer again
On hold for over 30 minutes to have a conversation of 5 minutes telling me No intake appointments are available until next Friday which is AFTER my court date and then asked if I still wanted to make that appointment or to call back every day to see about cancellations. How is this helping women facing homelessness or getting out of domestic violence situations? Do better.
