I cannot say enough good things about the services provided at Houston Anxiety and Wellness Center! Dr. Ruths and her team provide high-quality anxiety treatment to kids and teens. I am most excited about their new SPACE program for parenting anxious kids! As another child psychologist in the area, I am happy to refer to this practice.
I cannot recommend Dr. Ivy Ruths enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about OCD, OCD-related disorders such as trichotillomania, excoriation, and Body dysmorphia, anxiety disorders, and depression. She also is highly skilled in providing parent-coaching sessions. Dr. Ruths is incredibly approachable and so easy to talk with!
